Our products adopt a fully automated design, integrating functions such as PVC unwinding, heating and forming, servo traction, paper card heat sealing and finished product punching, completing multi-step processes at one time. Through the servo motor control traction system, the packaging accuracy can be maintained within ±0.1 mm, and the production speed reaches 500-1200 products per hour, which is nearly 50% more efficient than traditional semi-automatic equipment.
Precise heat sealing technology
Pvc-paper Blister Packing Machine is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, and the heat sealing temperature can be adjusted from 50°C to 200°C to ensure that PVC and paper cards of different thicknesses can be firmly combined.
Strong mold flexibility
Our products support rapid replacement of molds of various specifications, from standardized products to customized shapes. The mold is made of high-hardness aluminum alloy CNC processing, and its wear resistance is 20% higher than that of ordinary molds. It can be used continuously for more than 100,000 times without replacement, meeting high-frequency production needs.
Intelligent operation interface
Our products are equipped with a 7-inch full-color touch screen, support multi-language operating system, clear and intuitive interface, and easy parameter adjustment. The built-in fault self-check function can monitor the temperature, pressure and operating status in real time during equipment operation, and immediately alarm when an abnormality occurs, thereby improving operational safety.
