1. When the fully automatic capsule filling machine operates normally for a long time, it is necessary to regularly clean the parts and components that come into direct contact with the drug. When the drug type needs to be changed or the downtime is long, it is necessary to clean them all;
2. The transmission components at the bottom of the fully automatic capsule filling machine should be regularly wiped clean of oil stains to make the observation of the operation more clear;
3. The filter of the vacuum system should be regularly opened to remove clogged dirt;
4. Check the oil level of the main drive reducer and feed reducer once a month, and add oil in a timely manner if there is insufficient. Replace the lubricating oil every six months;
5. The working surface of the cam roller of the fully automatic capsule filling machine should be coated with lubricating grease every week;
6. The joint bearing of the lower connecting rod of the fully automatic capsule filling machine needs to be lubricated with oil every month;
7. Various bearings should be cleaned regularly or according to operating conditions, and lubricating grease should be added. Sealed bearings can be lubricated by dripping oil;
8. The transmission chain should be checked for tightness once a week and coated with lubricating oil or grease;
9. Before and after using the fully automatic capsule filling machine, the equipment should be cleaned thoroughly.
