Operation steps of capsule filling machine

1. Press the green button in the "power switch" to turn on the power.
2. Slowly adjust the "Vibration Intensity Adjustment Knob" and rotate it clockwise. At this point, the organizing disc integrated with the "Vibration Support" starts to vibrate. Touch the organizing disc with your hand and adjust it to a certain oscillation intensity based on your feeling.
3. Place the powder capsule shell into the "powder capsule shell sorting tray", placing approximately 300 capsules each time. Place the capsule cap into the "Capsule Cap Sorting Tray", taking approximately 300 capsules each time. The sorting tray is made of organic glass board, with many large and small funnel shaped circular holes drilled on it. The diameter of the circular holes corresponds to the diameter of the capsule number. At this point, the capsule shell of the vibration workbench moves steadily back and forth, thus entering the holes of the workbench one by one.
4. After about 30 seconds, the powder capsule shell and capsule cap will fall into the circular hole, with the opening facing upwards. If there are individual openings facing downwards, the capsule cap can be gently pressed downwards to remove it.

Gently push the bottom of the sorting tray inward, and the powder capsule shell in the sorting tray will fall into the circular hole of the connecting plate, and then remove the connecting plate. Using the same method, remove the capsule cap with the capsule cap connector.
6. Can prepare a base area of 500 in advance × A 500mm powder square plate with a height of about 10mm on all sides, containing powder. Place the powder capsule shell connecting plate flat in the powder square plate. Then cover the randomly prepared organic glass frame on the powder capsule connecting plate, use a small bucket to shovel the powder into the frame, and scrape the edge of the frame to fill it with powder, while scraping off excess powder.
7. Use a randomly matched capsule cap set board (as shown at the end of the picture, with circular holes on the set board) and place it on the capsule cap connection board with alignment holes, making it easy to place. Flip the capsule cap connecting plate so that the opening of the capsule is facing downwards, and fit it onto the powder filled capsule shell connecting plate, which also has alignment holes, making it easy to fit.
8. Place the assembled capsule board into the cavity under the "Capsule Hat Forming Plate", and use your hand to pull down the "Pressure Rod" and place it in place. There is no need to worry about excessive force, as there is a positioning mechanism to control the pressing height. Take out the sleeve capsule board, pour out the capsules, and fill them. You can cycle to the next board.
